Hello and welcome to the Ivy Glades community web site!

We are a small neighborhood of about 150 residences at present, with growth potential to 175 homes. Our location along the Columbia River in west Pasco, WA provides the distinctive environment of being close to wildlife while central to the Tri-Cites metropolitan area of Southeast Washington State.

We are a covenanted community for the purpose of assuring that certain standards of architectural design, landscaping, and living conditions are maintained. Our desire is to enhance and perfect value, desirability, and attractiveness of the property. Our approach is to create openness among the various residential lots, establish extensive green common areas, and provide easy access to the waterfront and its bordering pedestrian trail. We believe Ivy Glades is indeed a unique place to live for both families and empty-nesters who desire a high quality of life at a reasonable investment.

Our homeowners association is a non-profit incorporated entity and is operated by a Board of Directors comprised of residents who volunteer their time, experience, and talents.
