The mission of the Ivy Glades Design Committee is to insure that all construction and landscaping projects within Ivy Glades are in accordance with the current CC&R's.

It is the responsibility of the Design Committee, together with homeowners, to preserve the special qualities that have attracted homeowners to Ivy Glades. In doing so, heavy emphasis is placed on the use of forms, styles, and landscaping that are in concert with an overall theme of the development. The spacious, unobstructed view corridors throughout the development are one example of the unique qualities that the Design Committee seeks to preserve.

All improvements to Ivy Glades properties must be submitted to the Design Committee for prior approval. This includes all home construction, remodelling, landscape design and improvements, fencing, and tree placement, to name a few. House paint colors must always be approved by the Design Committee, unless the homeowner is repainting with the originally approved colors.
